Account

When you create a Tempo account, we store your first name, email address and a hash of your password. Transactional email (verification, password reset) is sent by our provider Resend. We do not store your password in plain text.

Training data

We keep the profile you provide (goals, equipment, availability, optional movement limitations), your plans, workouts, progress and, if you turn them on, a nutrition plan and a coach space. This data stays attached to your account.

Assistant connections

If you connect a compatible AI assistant, Tempo stores the consent and permissions you grant. Nothing is shared until you approve; you can revoke access at any time from Profile → Connections.

Notifications and cookies

We use an HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in, and a language cookie. If you enable reminders, we store a Web Push subscription on your account. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking pixels.

Camera Coach processes video entirely on your device. Tempo does not upload, store or access those frames. Tempo is currently free: no payment processor collects card details on our behalf.

• To provide the service: your account, plan, workouts, progress and, where enabled, coaching or nutrition
• To send the emails your account needs (verification, password reset)
• To honour the permissions you grant an assistant, and to cut them as soon as you revoke them
• To keep the service reliable and secure

From your profile you can export your data or delete your account (password and confirmation required). You may also contact us to access, correct or erase your personal data.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data — HTTP-only sessions, hashed passwords, access limited to your own records — though no method is 100% secure.
