These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at tempoplan.app (the "Website") and the Tempo service (the "Service"), provided by Zenocode SASU ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing the Website or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Tempo.

1. The Service

Tempo is a web training service: an account, a plan, guided workouts, progress, and optional features (AI assistant, Camera Coach, nutrition, a coach space). Tempo is currently free, with no subscription. An account is personal; you may not transfer or share it.

2. Your Responsibility

Tempo is not medical advice. You remain responsible for your practice, your limitations and, when needed, for seeking a health professional. Camera Coach is an estimation tool; it does not replace a human coach.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code and materials on the Website and in the Service are owned by Zenocode SASU and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission. Content you create (workouts, notes, coach material) remains yours; you grant us only the licence needed to display it in Tempo.

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenocode SASU shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service or Website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by French law.
